Example Training Programmes
Here's how a typical triathlon week looks. It will vary between groups due to goal race distances, ability levels and individual requirements, but this gives you an idea. All sessions are fully coached and led.
Day 1 - arrive, build bike, safety brief, nutrition discussion/Q&A. No planned session.
Day 2 - 2-3hr ride on local climbs, open water swim and/or strength and conditioning, stretching
Day 3 - long ride over Tour de France cols, general Q&A
Day 4 - technique / endurance run, transition training, open water swim, training programmes Q&A
Day 5 - open water swim, ride to Chamonix for lunch, brick run
Day 6 - long ride over Tour de France cols
Day 7 - swim-bike-run brick (distances based on your individual goals), individual feedback on request
Day 8 - depart by 9am
