Here's how a typical triathlon week looks.  It will vary between groups due to goal race distances, ability levels and individual requirements, but this gives you an idea. All sessions are fully coached and led.

Day 1 - arrive, build bike, safety brief, nutrition lecture/Q&A

Day 2 - 2hr ride, open water swim, stretching, strength and conditioning

Day 3 - technique / endurance run, transition training, open water swim, training programmes Q&A

Day 4 - long ride over Tour de France Cols, general Q&A

Day 5 - open water swim, swim/bike/run brick, trip to Chamonix

Day 6 - long ride over Tour de France Cols

Day 7 - race simulation (distance based on your individual goals), individual feedback

Day 8 - depart am

Day 2 - 2-3hr ride on local climbs, stretching, strength and conditioning

Day 3 - am: hill climb TT, pm: 2-3hr ride, training programmes Q&A

Day 4 - long ride over Tour de France Cols, general Q&A

Day 5 - recovery ride or shorter loop, trip to Chamonix

Day 6 - long ride over Tour de France Cols

Day 7 - shorter ride on local climbs, individual feedback

Day 8 - depart am
